Speed & Agility Training

Our 6-week speed and agility program is specifically designed for athletes ages 14-18, catering to both girls and boys. This dynamic training regimen aims to enhance their acceleration and deceleration capabilities, while emphasizing proper form and efficient movement patterns.

Throughout the program, participants will focus on improving their change of direction skills, ensuring they maintain optimal speed, precision, and power. Our well-rounded approach incorporates vertical jump exercises, targeted stretching routines, and core strengthening workouts on recovery days. This multifaceted approach not only supports peak athletic performance but also fosters injury prevention and overall physical development.

Off Season Agility Package (performance and skill training)
Basketball skill training is good to do in conjunction with speed and agility training because it helps athletes apply their improved movement capabilities to the specific skills required for basketball. For example, by practicing dribbling, shooting, and passing while incorporating speed and agility drills, athletes can improve their ability to perform these skills while in motion and under pressure. By combining these two types of training, athletes can improve their overall basketball performance by enhancing both their movement and technical skills. Additionally, basketball skill training can provide a more game-like environment to practice the movements and skills learned during speed and agility training, which can further improve an athlete's ability to apply their improved movement capabilities during actual game play.
