Our Training Focus
Whether at a base level of ball control, or an advanced level of
de-escalating ball focus, ball handling is an important skill set to allow you to be more mobile, and more useful with the ball in your hands.
Defense & Rebounding
Good offense can win games. Good defense and rebounding can win championships. There is no better way to keep yourself on the floor of a close game than by locking up an offensive star, or by grabbing every loose ball. We want to develop elite defenders and consistent rebounders, and through that, develop champions.
From a fundamental understanding of how to shoot the ball properly, to developing the confidence to let it fly without thinking, we emphasize shooting development to make you a threat from anywhere.
This entails all the X Factor pieces of basketball that makes it such an amazing sport. It is the cognitive approach to the game. The biggest separator between good and great is your understanding of the game, and we are here to help you grow and develop that separation to your fullest potential.
There is no better teammate to have than the one who always finds the open man. That all starts with a strong understanding of how to pass the ball in a way that gets your teammates into a position to succeed.
8-10 Year Olds Co-Ed
Our program for 8-10 Year Olds is based around a more foundational understanding of basketball. We will focus on expanding the skills, further refining proper movement patterns and positioning, and begin base levels of athletic performance, all while continuing our emphasis on fun and enjoyment!
11-13 Year Olds Boys
For our 11-13 year old programs we start to increase the focus on skill development, creating a solid foundation of skill on which they can base their game on. At this age we start to emphasize a more cognitive approach to the game, helping them understand the moving pieces involved with the game, and begin a larger focus on the athletic development.
14-18 Year Olds Boys
At this stage, we will be tailoring the programs towards a full rounded training program, complete with intermediate to advanced skill development, athletic performance, and cognitive understanding of the game. The program is adjusted to the skill level of each individual player.
11-15 Year Olds Girls
For our 11-15 year old programs we start to increase the focus on skill development, creating a solid foundation of skill on which they can base their game on. At this age we start to emphasize a more cognitive approach to the game, helping them understand the moving pieces involved with the game, and begin a larger focus on the athletic development.
1-ON-1 Training Sessions
We offer elite level individual training packages for those athletes that want to step their game up to the next level, and beyond. Our training includes full skill development, strength and conditioning, flexibility, and mental resilience training by a fully certified personal trainer with experience as a skills coach, strength and conditioning coach, and personal training.
