1-on-1 Training

Are you ready to take things to the next level? We offer beginner, intermediate, and elite level 1-on-1 training packages for anyone ages 10 and above!

 

Our individual training sessions include a combination of skill and mindset development, along with strength, speed, and endurance training. All of our sessions are ran by a certified athletic trainer, with several years experience in sports performance training, as well as strength and conditioning training.

Pick N' Roll Package

Are you ready to take things to the next level and want to do it with a few other players? We offer beginner, intermediate, and elite level small group training packages for anyone ages 10 and above!

 

Our small group training sessions include a combination of skill and mindset development, along with strength, speed, and endurance training like our 1-on-1 training. All of our sessions are ran by a certified athletic trainer, with several years experience in sports performance training, as well as strength and conditioning training. All our members doing our small group training also have access to our group skill program.

2 players: 1 hour training sessions $65/h per player
3 players: 1 hour training sessions $55/h per player
4 players: 1 hour training sessions $45/h per player

Training Background

Jared has over 10 years of experience in the world of sports and athletic training, with experience as a basketball camp counselor, multiple head coach positions, assistant coach positions, and team trainer for all ages, elementary through high school. He has a personal background of training as high level athlete, and most recently works as certified strength and conditioning coach.

 

As a former athlete, Jared played high school basketball in Lloydminster, and was awarded the most improved player award in grade 11, before proceeding after high school to play College / University basketball for Lakeland College & St. Mary's University in the subsequent years.

​

With ambitions of going to even higher levels, he trained religiously for years, only to fall short when injuries began to plague him. However, instead of sulking on a now fading hoop dream, he took his knowledge and experience and brought it to the world of personal training, becoming certified as a Personal Trainer, Flexibility Specialist, and finally began working with Tactical Athletes in the Military, Police, Firefighting, and Emergency Services as a certified Tactical Conditioning Specialist.

All of this experience has culminated in Jared having a much firmer understanding of what it takes to train at elite levels, how to push the mental barriers that can so easily stop us short, and do so all while mitigating the risk of injury through pre-emptively developing functional strength and conditioning.

He is now returning to his roots as a basketball coach, mentor, and trainer, by offering The Basketball Experience, so that he can pass on his knowledge and experience to all ages and skill levels, and give back to the sport that gave him so much.
