I expressly assume the risk of injury, death, and/or illness arising from any cause, and agree to waive the right to pursue any claim against The Basketball Experience and the person(s) in charge.

Please note that once you have registered for a program with us, it means that we have reserved time and facilities for you and your child. If you need to cancel for any reason, be advised of our cancellation period below in order to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellation Period: 2+ Weeks prior to program start date - No cancellation fees. Within 2 Weeks prior to program start date - Standard $50 cancellation fee. Within 48hrs, or after program start date - No refunds. For any and all cancellations or refunds, please contact us at info@basketballexperience.ca and we will be happy to assist you.
